Sponsorship continues and a new team mate for 2007


Thanks to the generous continued sponsorship, by Teesside Autodrome, Michael is to continue racing in the Classic Car 'TinTops' Series.

Dave Reading, of Teesside, will be Michael's new team mate in the endurance races.

Formula Ford Test Day
Dec 1st 2006 at Silverstone
Michael tests the Eau Rouge Motorsports Formula Ford in two 30 min sessions.

Conditions are wet and greasy. Circuit is the National layout.
Session one is cut short due to red flag.
Session two consisted of 17 laps, a few 360s and a great experience of the raw power of Formula Racing.

Michael is chosen as a joint Winner and will drive in 2006 series of choice.
He also gets to Captain a kart race team in the 2006 Le Mans 24hr race.

Overall highest scores/percentage of day 89% after 4 drives
Selected for next round and Le Mans 24hr kart race team!

Sucessful drives, invited to round two.

 

Michael is currently competing for a racing season in a 2ltr, 16v VW Polo saloon racecar.
